The convention, which spans just two days, is slated to unleash dozens of panels pertaining to the industry’s top shows including Chainsaw Man, My Hero Academia, Jujutsu Kaisen, and more.

It has been too long since we have reconnected with the heroines of Lycoris Recoil, but that will all change soon enough. In April 2025, the hit anime will return with a special slice-of-life miniseries. Lycoris Recoil: Friends Are the Thieves of Time dropped a new trailer at Anime Japan 2025, giving fans a peek at its six shorts all featuring different artists and directors.

Meet Netflix’s Next Big Anime Hit

If you are itching for a dark thrill, look no further than The Summer Hikaru Died. The upcoming anime is based on a best-selling manga which tells the story of two boys: Hikaru and Yoshiki. As you can see in the trailer above, Netflix’s new trailer for The Summer Hikaru Died is heavy on the creeps as Yoshiki slowly discovers something is off with his friend. Hikaru returns to their hometown changed after a mysterious disappearance, and not even Yoshiki’s worst nightmares could have conjured up the truth of what happened to his friend. Set to debut in 2025, The Summer Hikaru Died will stream exclusively on Netflix.

Tokyo Revengers Is Ready To Explore A Major Battle

Tokyo Revengers may have finished its manga some time ago, but the same cannot be said for its anime. The hit series is gearing up for a sequel titled Tokyo Revengers: The Battle of the Three Deities. The anime, which takes its story straight from the manga, promises to explore the mysterious battle between the Kanto Manji Gang, Rokuhara Tanda, and Brahman. You can expect plenty of action when Tokyo Revengers returns, and the anime’s new key visual proves as much.

One Of Anime’s Cult Classics Is Returning

The world is not ready for the return of Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, but the anime is making a comeback either way. Some years ago, Studio Trigger announced plans to revive the cult classic series, and we are now counting down the days to its release. Netflix Is Going All Out With Anime Creators

Netflix is going all in on anime, and one of its upcoming hits is bringing in the big guns courtesy of Fullmetal Alchemist. With artist Hiromu Arakawa overseeing the character designs, Moonrise is set to become an original hit for Netflix in April. A new trailer for the sci-fi anime was released at Anime Japan 2025, giving fans a taste of what Arakawa has been put to. On April 5, the world will reunite with One Piece, and the moment will be sweet for fans. It has been months since the show went on break, leaving fans to wonder how the Egghead Island arc will make its return.
