Amadeus ended last year with group revenue in the fourth quarter of €1.5 billion, up almost 14% year over year, the company said as it reported its full-year 2024 earnings.
Air distribution revenue for the Spain-based company increased 14% in the quarter to €715 million and almost 11% to €2.9 billion for the full year. Revenue from air IT solutions was up 15% in the quarter to €569 million and up almost 16% to €2.2 billion for the full year.

Revenue for the hospitality solutions business rose almost 11% in Q4 to €257 million and was up 12% to €991 million for the full year.

“This has allowed us to announce a new share repurchase program with a €1,300 million maximum investment amount, to be executed in the next 12 months. The advances on our NDC strategy and the signature of Air France-KLM for Amadeus Nevio show our continued commitment to transforming the travel industry.”
The company unveiled its partnership with Air France-KLM at its Altitude 2025 airline event last week. The partnership is the fourth for Amadeus Nevio after previously announced deals with British Airways, Finnair and Saudia.
Further highlights for the company in 2024 include a partnership to provide a central reservation system to Accor and the acquisitions of biometrics technology company Vision-Box and payments specialist Voxel.
For full-year 2024, group revenue increased 13% to €6.1 billion with EBITDA up 13% to €2.3 billion. Operating income was up 18% to €1.6 billion with adjusted profit up almost 20% to €1.3 billion.
For 2025, Amadeus is forecasting revenue of between €6.69-€6.94 billion, an increase of 9% to 13% and EBITDA of between €2.49–€2.61 billion, an increase of 12% at the top end.
