‘Banger’

A French-language film, Banger chronicles a washed-up DJ named Scorpex (Vincent Cassel), who is seemingly the only one who isn’t aware that his glory days are behind him. When an agent from the French Intelligence Agency approaches him with a unique opportunity, he immediately jumps at the chance to take down his young rival known as Vestax (Mister V). However, despite his chance to return to the top of the charts with a “banger,” Scorpex will need to navigate some hardened criminals first. A film with humor and plenty of quirkiness, it promises to make audiences laugh and possibly dance. Banger is streaming on April 2.
‘The Dad Quest’

An emotional drama with a sprinkling of humor, The Dad Quest follows a father and son who unexpectedly learn a lot about one another in the wake of a terrible tragedy. Following the death of his mother, Benito (Daniel Abrego) discovers that his father, Gallo (Michel Brown), might not be biologically related to him. After such a revelation, the two embark on a unique journey through Mexico to find out the truth. During their adventure, they reconnect with old family friends from the past and discover the true value of their relationship. The Dad Quest is streaming on April 9.
‘iHostage’

Inspired by true events, iHostage follows the story of the shocking hostage situation that unfolded at an Apple Store in Amsterdam in 2022. After a gunman takes the building’s occupants hostage, the police must navigate a delicate standoff before the assailant turns his gun on those inside.

‘Havoc’

With Tom Hardy as its lead, Havoc is all but guaranteed to pique the interest of viewers, and rightfully so. In this upcoming film, he plays a jaded detective named Walker, who inevitably battles his way through the corrupt underbelly of his city. When a drug deal doesn’t go as planned and ultimately turns lethal, Walker must rescue a politician’s estranged son. As a result, he comes face to face with a massive conspiracy that has the entire city in a chokehold. With performances from Forest Whitaker and Timothy Olyphant, the film is sure to be an action-packed thriller that audiences won’t want to miss. Havoc is streaming on April 25.
