New artwork for The Fantastic Four: First Steps has been released.
The Fantastic Four: First Steps arrives in United States theaters this coming July. Directed by Matt Shakman, the MCU movie stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing.
What do the new Fantastic Four images look like?
Empire Magazine has unveiled new covers for the publication’s upcoming June issue. One of the covers showcases Marvel’s First Family, while the Silver Surfer can be seen flying in the background. The other, illustrated by @_doaly, offers both a new look at the Silver Surfer and Galactus.

Ralph Ineson is playing Galactus in The Fantastic Four: First Steps, while Julia Garner portrays Shalla-Bal/Silver Surfer. The cast of the movie further includes Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, and Natasha Lyonne.
“Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps introduces Marvel’s First Family—Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic, Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Johnny Storm/Human Torch and Ben Grimm/The Thing as they face their most daunting challenge yet,” the official synopsis reads.
Kevin Feige serves as a producer on the movie, while Mitch Bell is a co-producer. Louis D’Esposito, Grant Curtis, and Tim Lewis are all executive producers, while the music comes from Michael Giacchino.
Marvel’s The Fantastic Four: First Steps will be released in United States theaters on July 25, 2025. It will be the first film that is part of Phase Six of the MCU.
Following First Steps comes Avengers: Doomsday, which will see Pascal, Kirby, Quinn, and Moss-Bachrach all reprise their respective roles. That movie currently has a December 18, 2026, release date, while the sequel, Avengers: Secret Wars, follows on December 17, 2027.
