HTS, the B2B division of Hopper, has partnered with United Kingdom-based bank Lloyds to launch a travel booking portal for Lloyds’ cardholders.

Dubbed “Lloyds Travel Booking powered by Hopper,” the portal is now available via the Lloyds mobile app, allowing cardholders to book flights and accommodations.

The portal also gives Lloyds’ cardholders access to HTS’ offerings such as price drop protection, which allows them to earn travel credit back if prices drop further after booking, and price prediction, which uses data to identify the best times to book.

HTS has been actively partnering with banks, airlines and travel providers “to bring transparency, flexibility and savings to travelers globally,” the company said.

In 2023, Hopper partnered and developed portals with CommBank, Australia’s largest bank, and Brazilian fintech giant Nubank. Last year, HTS also partnered with AirAsia MOVE to offer a “cancel for any reason” ancillary for travelers.

Lloyds became the first U.K. bank to offer a travel booking service for its customers with the launch of Lloyds Travel Booking, the bank said.

“We knew we wanted to do something for our customers to make it easier for them to sort out booking time away, and Lloyds Travel Booking is the solution,” said Tamara van den Ban, managing director of customer propositions at Lloyds Bank.
