Hospitality technology provider Mews has acquired property and event management specialist Clarity Hospitality Software Solutions for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase of Clarity Hospitality, increases Mews’ presence in the Asia Pacific region and the United Kingdom where it said it has grown its customer base in the past year by 42% and 16%, respectively. Clarity, which provides technology to upmarket properties, was founded in New Zealand and established a base in the U.K. in 2016.

Mews’ founder Richard Valtr said the the deal is a “fantastic investment into the APAC and UK markets,” where the company sees hotels and hospitality brands adopting cloud technologies.
The acquisition is the 12th for Mews and comes on the heels its acquisition of revenue management tech company Atomize and meetings and events technology specialist Quotelo, both announced in November last year. Other acquisitions announced in 2024 include Frontdesk Anywhere in January and HS3 in May.
In September 2024, Amsterdam-based Mews announced financing of $100 million which it said would help it accelerate growth.
