Samsung has expanded its partnership with Assurant’s Cell Phone Repair (CPR) network, adding over 400 new CPR stores to its Independent Service Provider (ISP) network, which now offers more than 900 locations nationwide. This expansion is intended to provide Galaxy users with increased access to reliable, certified, and efficient out-of-warranty repairs.

Previously, CPR had around 100 locations as part of Samsung’s network at the beginning of 2024. By the end of the year, Samsung will have added over 300 new CPR locations, enhancing device care accessibility across the U.S.

CPR locations employ technicians certified through the CTIA’s WISE program, ensuring high-quality repairs that use genuine Samsung parts and equipment. With access to Samsung’s comprehensive training resources, CPR stores can conduct most repairs, such as screen replacements and battery changes, in under an hour.

Additionally, all repairs completed at these locations come with a limited warranty, adding confidence for customers who rely on quick and reliable service to get their devices back in working order.

The expanded CPR network supports Samsung’s mission of promoting customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility by extending device lifespans. Samsung’s broader repair network includes over 9,000 certified technicians and more than 2,000 Authorized Care locations, covering over 84% of the U.S. population with same-day repair options. Galaxy customers can also access mobile repair vans within a short drive and a Mail-In repair service for additional convenience.

To find the nearest CPR location, customers can visit Cellphonerepair.com, or explore other support resources, such as the Samsung Care Team, available via Samsung’s YouTube channel, the Samsung Members App, and the customer service hotline at 1-800-SAMSUNG.
