Disney Cruise Line is offering a rare cruise deal, and families will want to take note. The line is offering Disney+ subscribers 50% off fares for third and fourth passengers (ages 18 and under) sharing a cabin with two full-fare-paying guests.

This deal could save families a chunk of change on an otherwise pricey cruise vacation.

However, you’ll want to act fast. The offer ends Feb. 16, 2025, and the number of cabins allocated for the deal is limited.

Details of the Disney+ offer

Disney+ subscribers can enjoy 50% off cruise fares for third and fourth passengers (ages 18 and under) sharing a cabin with two full-fare-paying guests. The promotion applies to select cruises on Disney Wish, Disney Dream, and Disney Wonder departing from Jan. 13 through June 13, 2025. A slew of block-out dates apply to all three ships (subject to change without notice).

This offer is valid on new and existing reservations for cabin categories 4A to 11C, which correspond to inside, outside, and balcony rooms. The deal excludes suites, concierge categories and guaranteed cabins (discounted rooms where the cruise line picks your exact cabin location).

Other fine print:

  • Kids must be under 18 years of age at the time of sailing to be eligible for 50% off the third- and fourth-guest fare.
  • Online bookings are limited to four guests per cabin. To book a reservation for five guests, you must call Disney Cruise Line (800-951-3532) or contact your travel agent.
  • Two full-fare-paying guests must stay in each cabin.
  • You cannot combine this deal with any other offer, discount or onboard credit except the Onboard Placeholder offer. (The Placeholder reservation is an open-ended reservation that gives you 24 months to select your next cruise.)
  • The Disney+ subscriber must be the primary guest on the reservation and must sail in one of the cabins booked with the offer.
  • This offer is eligible for up to two cabins on the same sailing.
  • Proof of a Disney+ subscription is required. If the Disney+ subscription cannot be verified, the offer will be removed, and you will be charged the fare difference.

Which cards offer statement credits for Disney+?

Need a Disney+ subscription but don’t want to pay full price? Consider a card that offers a statement credit for part of or all of a Disney+ subscription (enrollment is required; terms apply):

  • The Platinum Card® from American Express. The Amex Platinum offers up to $240 in statement credits for eligible digital entertainment purchases each calendar year (up to $20 per month). Disney+ is included in the list of eligible streaming services. Keep in mind that the Amex Platinum comes with a hefty $695 annual fee (see rates and fees). Enrollment is required.
  • The Blue Cash Preferred® Card from American Express. This card offers up to $84 in statement credits per calendar year (up to $7 each month) after you spend at least $9.99 per month on an eligible subscription to the Disney Bundle (subject to automatic renewal). The Blue Cash Preferred also earns 6% cash back on your eligible streaming subscriptions.
  • The Blue Cash Everyday® Card from American Express. If you want a card with no annual fee (see rates and fees), opt for the Blue Cash Everyday. Like the Blue Cash Preferred, the Blue Cash Everyday offers up to $84 in statement credits per calendar year (up to $7 each month) after you spend at least $9.99 monthly on an eligible Disney Bundle subscription (subject to automatic renewal). However, you’ll only earn 1% cash back on your streaming subscriptions with the Blue Cash Everyday.

Before choosing a card, consider your spending habits and whether you can get enough value out of a card to justify its annual fee, if applicable. In addition, decide whether you’d like to earn transferable points with the Amex Platinum or cash back with the Blue Cash Preferred or Blue Cash Everyday.
