10:36PM – Made it out of the Celebration Stage, with the Andor panel wrapping up with season 2, episode 1, and then a trailer for the rest of season 2. The first episode is every bit as great as you’d hope, and feels very much in keeping with what made the first season so good.

Live blog leader, standing by. It’s time for day two of Star Wars Celebration 2025. And that means it’s time for Andor and Ahsoka, both of which will have big panels today.
Andor will kick us off on the Celebration Stage at 10:00AM Japan time/9:00PM ET/6:00PM PT, with a panel looking ahead to season 2, which begins next week on April 22. The lineup includes Tony Gilroy, Diego Luna, and special guests, so expect more of the cast members to be in attendance. I’m not sure it’s possible to be more hyped for Andor season 2 given just how great season 1 was, but Celebration is about to test that theory.
The Ahsoka panel will follow at 1:00PM JT/midnight ET/9PM PT. Although billed as a look-back at season 1, Dave Filoni confirmed yesterday that Ahsoka season 2 will begin filming soon. With that, and expected guests such as Rosario Dawson and Hayden Christensen, it seems a safe bet we’re going to get some teases of what to expect. More of Hayden’s Anakin? Yes please!
As with yesterday, myself, Molly Brizzell, and Ash Crossan are on the ground here in Japan. There’ll be more interviews to come from Ash, so keep your eyes peeled for our exclusives as we follow-up on all the unfolding news and reveals.
As a recap of day one of Star Wars Celebration 2025, things kicked off with talk of Lucasfilm’s upcoming theatrical movies. That included the confirmation of Shawn Levy’s standalone film, now officially titled Star Wars: Starfighter, which will star Ryan Gosling. Then, there was footage of The Mandalorian & Grogu.
In the afternoon, it was time for Lucasfilm Animation. That started with a look back at the past 20 years, but was then dominated by the future. We get to see a full (excellent) episode of Tales of the Underworld, and a trailer for the newly-announced TV series, Maul: Shadow Lord. Suffice to say, day one delivered. Can day two beat it? We’ll soon find out! As ever, stay tuned to screenrant.com and @screenrant on X, Instagram, and Facebook for all things Star Wars.
