Superlogic, a specialist in helping brands drive engagement and loyalty, has received $13.7 million in a Series A funding round as it works to evolve customer engagement through its technology.

The investment comes as Superlogic, which helps brands provide experiences such as sports games and concerts to consumers through a B2B2C marketplace, continues to grow its capabilities and partnerships and power loyalty programs for companies around the world.

The round was led by Powerledger and included participation from 10SQ, Nima Capital, Sangha Capital, Actai Unicorn Fund, Liquid 2 Venture and Hyla Liquid Venture Fund.

“Experiential is the new frontier of loyalty. Superlogic is the first company to deliver both unmatched experience inventory at scale and next-gen engagement technology to major brands,” said Lin Dai, co-founder and CEO of Superlogic.

“This investment is a testament to the transformative potential of our platform. With this funding, we’re ready to meet the market demand, and bring our next-gen technology and experiences to tens of millions more consumers.”

With the new funding, Superlogic’s total equity has surpassed $21 million. Superlogic said Jemma Green, executive chairman of Powerledger, will join Superlogic’s board of advisors, which already includes Stephen Cooper, a former CEO of Warner Music Group.
