Swifty, the artificial intelligence-powered booking engine from the Lufthansa Innovation Hub, has been integrated with Japan’s LINE messenger, allowing customers to book flights directly in the communication platform in under two minutes. “It goes beyond traditional AI-powered chatbots that assist with trip planning,” LIH said in a LinkedIn post announcing the
